Andrea Anders

Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised in DeForest but is currently at Los Angeles. In 1993 she completed her graduation from DeForest Area High school in DeForest Wisconsin. Anders received her bachelor of fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 1997. In 2001, she graduated with a Masters of Fine Arts at Rutgers University. Anders and her Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc and their relationship ran from 2006 until 2015. They first met on the sets of the now cancelled sitcom. Anders' brother is director Sean Anders (Sex Drive, Never Been Thawed). The year 2001 was the time Anders started her professional career in the theatre. In the Broadway production Proof that she played Mary Louise Parker's sub-study. Then, in The Graduate, Anders played Elaine Robinson. In addition to On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater as well as New World Rhapsody, she was also on the Arena Stage in On the Jump, New Doors, at the Guthrie Theater. In May 2007, Anders started her role in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig, which closed on the 1st of July in 2007, had her play the role of Jeannie an accountant. One of Anders debut appearances on television was a commercial for Dannon which ran through the 1990s and then again in the year 2006. Anders is most well-known for her role as Nicole Allen in The Class. She was the wife of a former football player, Nicole Allen. Even though she appeared in the two shows, they both ended up being removed. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. The actress appeared in five episodes of HBO's drama series Oz in 2003. She played Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she was a character in Heather on The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance as Brandy In Sex Drive. Anders has also been seen on Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders is also featured on two unsuccessful TV pilots. Spellbound was one of them, as was News To Me another. Anders has been cast most recently in Better Off Ted. It is an ABC single camera comedy that focuses on workplaces written by Victor Fresco.
